Throughout our journey, we have been sailing in unchartered waters of ship conversion.
Being flexible and innovative are probably the key traits required to bring complex and sophisticated conversion projects to a successful end. Innovation has become our way of living and challenge was always our motivator, never an enemy.
We have tried, we have failed, we have learned and we have mastered.

Pioneers in conversions
We were pioneers in ship lengthening and conversion projects such as:
- tanker into a car carrier
- RO-RO into a fibre optic cable layer
- ROV support vessel into a flexible pipe layer
- supplier vessel into a pipe layer
- tanker into a floating crane
- general cargo vessel into a diving support vessel
- floating crane barge into a pipe producer/layer
- train ferry to a FPSO
- mega yacht restoration
and many more. Each of these projects required some innovative solution to be applied.
Yacht Christina O
The refit of Christina O. carried out by Viktor Lenac was the rebirth of the legendary yacht. Only 40% of the old riveted hull built in 1943 remained, and everything else was restored. The task was to keep the original external splendour and internal luxury of the iconic yacht, so the extensive refurbishment was a delicate art. Viktor Lenac won the award for the Best Refit of a yacht at Monte Carlo International Boat Show. MORE
