It seems that her entire education and work experience has led her to the current position at the head of the Company. Graduated in economics from the Faculty of Economics Rijeka, she immediately began her journey at Viktor Lenac where she has gathered almost 30 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, planning and business process analysis. Sandra has been in the leadership of the company through survival and reorganization.

With her postgraduate degree in planning, analysis and controlling, she provides an unavoidable bridge between management and other organisational units and assumes responsibilities that enable company’s core business develop in transparency and integrity, on solid and proven foundations.

As a valuable member of the team, her decisive and pro-active attitude contributes to promptly finding concrete solutions to complex financial and planning-related issues, which in the long run are the basis for all other company’s activities.

From her youthful days, as a scout, she learned that diligence, perseverance, honesty, and continuous learning can achieve goals.

Sandra successfully attended several specialist seminars and training, and in 2013 she obtained the title of university specialist at the postgraduate specialist study at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka, majoring in Controlling.

She is a member of the Executive Board of the Croatian Employers' Association for Metal Industry, as well as the Executive Board of the Croatian Employers' Association, Rijeka branch office. In the second consecutive convocation, from 2020 she is a member of the Economic Council of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce of the Rijeka County Chamber. Her career, knowledge and experience are recognized, so she is often invited as a panelist to business and economic conferences.

In her fifth consecutive term as a member of the Management Board, in March 2024, she was appointed President of the Management Board, and also holds the position of Director of the Sector for Economic, General and Legal Affairs. With her immense financial knowledge and experience, Sandra is a welcome asset of the Company.

After graduating from the Italian Science and Mathematics High School, Luka began his higher education. He completed his graduate studies in international trade at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka, and in 2014 he graduated from the Maritime Faculty in Rijeka, majoring in marine engineering and energetics.

Luka has been employed at the Viktor Lenac Shipyard since 2009. He first worked in the Project Management Department as Project Manager Assistant. He than moved to the Marketing and Sales Department and became a Key Account Manager covering the commercial and technical aspects of ship repair and conversion projects. After two years as Head of Estimation and Sales, as well as Deputy Director of Marketing and Sales, in 2019 he assumed the position of Corporate Head of Sales of Palumbo Group and becomes responsible for sales activities of four shipyards in the Group. In March 2024, he was appointed Member of the Management Board of Viktor Lenac Shipyard.

Luka completed several specialist courses for maritime security, leadership, business solutions and contract negotiation at ministries and the international business school IEDC in Bled. He also has a Boat Leader’s License Category C.

With strong skills in leading and inspiring teams and proven experience in successful business management and business development as well as creating and maintaining long-term strong relationships with international clients, Luka is dedicated and committed, open to new challenges, which he approaches calmly and logically.

Eager for knowledge, he is also interested in solar energy and is the owner of a small business for electricity production.

His mother tongues are Croatian and Italian, he speaks English fluently and has basic knowledge of French.
