It seems that her entire education and work experience led her to the current position of Financial Director. Graduated in economics from the Faculty of Economics Rijeka, she immediately began her journey at Viktor Lenac where she gathered more than 24 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and finance. Sandra has been in the leadership of the company through survival, reorganization and privatization.
With her postgraduate degree in planning, analysis and controlling, she provides an unavoidable bridge between management and other organisational units and assumes responsibilities that enable company’s core business develop in transparency and integrity, on solid and proven foundations.
As a valuable member of the team, her decisive and pro-active attitude contributes to promptly finding concrete solutions to complex financial and planning-related issues, which in the long run are the basis for all other company’s activities.
From her youthful days, as a scout, she learned that diligence, perseverance, honesty, and continuous learning can achieve goals.
With her immense financial knowledge and experience, Sandra is a welcome asset as Member of the Board in her third term.
Marketing and Sales Director
Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits. Bojan proved his motto and challenged his limits when recently accepted a new position as Shipyard’s Director of Marketing and Sales.
Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering Rijeka, after gaining experience as Maintenance Manager and Site Manager in the country and abroad, he came to Viktor Lenac in 1998. Bojan was quickly promoted from Assistant Ship Repair Manager to Senior Project Engineer and in just a couple of years he was appointed Manager of Ship Repair Sales Department. He got first-hand knowledge of all the technical and commercial aspects of sales activities, from cost estimates and quotations, risk assessment, contract negotiation, project development, procurement to financial and profitability analysis.
In ever changing and highly competitive business environment, Bojan has the forethought and steadiness to build relationships of a long-lasting nature.
Bojan successfully completed several contract and project management courses by Fisher Maritime and IBM and holds an EMBA from the the IEDC Business School Bled.
He believes the keys to success are an open mind, hard work, loyalty and honesty.
